Once they sign up, they simply need to remain an active customer for 60 days.

How do I refer someone to Zonar? +

You have 2 easy options:

Or, with their permission, submit their contact information using the form on this page.

What happens after I submit a referral? +

Once the form is submitted, one of our fleet experts will contact your referral to learn more about their needs. If they become a Zonar customer within 30 days and make a qualifying purchase, your reward will be based on the size of their initial contract.

They must remain an active customer for 60 days. After that 60-day period is complete, we'll send your e-gift card within 30 days. If they do not become a customer, no reward is issued.

What qualifies as a referral?

Your referral must be new to Zonar. That means they:

  • Are not currently a Zonar customer

  • Are not already working with one of our fleet experts

  • Have not previously been a Zonar Customer

What qualifies as a purchase? +

Your reward is based on the number of vehicles included in your referral’s initial contract during their first 30 days as a Zonar customer.

If they deploy Zonar technology across more vehicles, your reward increases accordingly. If they begin with a smaller rollout, your reward reflects that initial deployment.

How will I know if my referral signs up? +

We’ll email you once your referral becomes a Zonar customer. At that point, the 60-day active customer period begins.

When will I receive my reward? +

After your referral has been an active Zonar customer for 60 days, you can expect your e-gift card within 30 days. We’ll email you a link with the reward amount so you can choose your gift card.

How many referrals can I submit? +

There’s no limit. Submit as many unique referrals as you’d like. Each one follows the same guidelines. The more qualifying referrals you provide, the more rewards you can earn.

Why didn’t I receive a reward? +

Possible reasons include:

  • Your referral has not yet completed the 60-day active period

  • Your referral was already a customer or in active discussions with Zonar

  • Your referral chose not to become a customer

Can I earn a bigger reward if my referral expands later? +

Rewards are based on the initial purchase made during the first 30 days of your referral becoming a Zonar customer. Additional purchases made after that window do not change the original reward amount.

Why didn't I receive a reward? +

Common reasons include:

Your referral hasn't completed 60 days as a customer yet

Your referral was already in our system or working with our team

Your referral chose not to purchase Zonar solutions

The purchase didn't meet minimum qualifying requirements
