Calling all speakers, ready for the spotlight?

What’s better than visiting a warm, sunny destination in the middle of January? Taking the time to showcase your Zonar story and expertise while you’re there. We’re holding our annual user conference, Zonar Together, in Scottsdale, Arizona in January 14–16.

Submit your proposal to be considered as a Zonar Together 2026 speaker. 

We want to highlight the most impactful Zonar stories. Submit your proposal showing how you’ve put our technologies and solutions to work, and the success your operation has achieved as a result. All submissions will be reviewed, and selected speakers will be announced by November 7, 2025.

To start, focus your proposal on how you’ve used Zonar technologies to accomplish one of the following.

  • Innovation in action
    How have you been creative using Zonar technology or found unexpected solutions to unique operational challenges?
  • Cost savings
    How have you reduced operational costs, fuel expenses, or maintenance spend?
  • Time savings and efficiency
    How have you streamlined workflows, automated tasks, or improved response times?
  • Safety, compliance and risk reduction
    How have you improved safety, minimized operational risks, prevented fines, passed audits, reduced incidents, improved inspections, enhanced driver behavior, and met regulatory standards?
  • Maintenance optimization
    How have you shifted from reactive to predictive maintenance with tools such as Zonar FaultIQ®, Zonar EVIR®, or others?
  • Visibility and real-time insights
    How have you been using Zonar data to improve decision-making, optimize utilization, reduce costs, control operational spend, and protect against theft or loss?
  • On-time school bus service
    If yours is a student transportation fleet, how have you improved routing, dispatch, or student ridership tracking?
  • Community engagement
    How have you built or enhanced trust with your communities by applying Zonar data such as real-time location to exonerate drivers, and support concerned callers?
  • Parent engagement
    If yours is a student transportation fleet, how have you enhanced trust and transparency with tools such as our parent app, alerts, or reporting?
