Seattle, WA - December 3, 2024 - Zonar Systems, Inc. (“Zonar”), a leader in commercial vehicle fleet health and safety, announced its merger with GPS Trackit, an award-winning provider of IoT and GPS fleet tracking solutions and a portfolio company of Inverness Graham.
The partnership brought together two fleet management technology providers, combining GPS Trackit’s industry expertise, modern infrastructure, and focus on customer service with Zonar’s fleet health and safety solutions, particularly in the government and education sectors.
Together, the companies aimed to form a comprehensive platform serving fleets of all sizes with telematics and cloud-based solutions for commercial fleets, field services, and passenger industries.
